Shipping Policy

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 3 - 7 days.
Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 5- 22 days. This
varies greatly depending on the courier you have selected. We are able to offer
a more specific estimate when you are choosing your courier at the checkout.

 

Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of payment of the order
Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except
on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these
instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

 

Change Of Delivery Address
For a change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at
any time before the order has been dispatched.

Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and
dispatch the rest of the order.

 

Delivery Time Exceeded
If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we
can conduct an investigation.

Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes for international shipments will be pre-paid, without
any additional fees to be paid by the customer upon arrival in the destination country.

Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to
accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an
order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

Process for parcel lost in-transit
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an
investigation and deemed the parcel lost.

Return policy

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, simply send it back for an exchange or refund within 7 days after you have received your order. Items must be returned in their original new condition. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
